   Request A Refund

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a full “no questions asked” refund to anybody who is unhappy with a service they signed up for within 60 days of signing up for the service. In order to request a refund, please send an email to mobilesupport@helpdeskconnect.com and be sure to state the following:

2.) Mailing Address

3.) Mobile Phone Number

4.) Wireless Carrier


Refunds will be issued via check within 6 - 8 weeks of your refund request.
